Our plan was to convert a separate dining room and kitchen into one large kitchen/diner by knocking down the intervening wall.
We hadn't undertaken something like this before, and had some reservations beforehand, and anticipated a stressful period ahead.
We needn't have worried. The planning was extremely well thought out, taking into account all our personal requirements, as well introducing some excellent new ideas. The whole process, from beginning to end, was undertaken in a highly professional manner within the agreed timescales within budget.
Several different professions were involved including a gas engineer, builders, plumbers, plasterers, electricians and not least the kitchen fitters themselves were all outstanding and it was ideal that the organisation of these different professions were co-ordinated by Andrew or Nick themselves, unlike some of the companies we initially approached, who were happy to fit the kitchen units, but not get involved with any of the necessary ancillary work. The friendly, respectful teams minimised any disruption, and cleaned up any mess at the end of each day.
The kitchen units and island were of the best quality, externally and internally. A Tri-stone worktop and additional feature lighting were recommended and were well worth the extra cost, and proved to be the "icing on the cake".
The company were also able to recommend, source and install new kitchen appliances at very competitive rates .
We were so pleased with the end product that, a few months later, we refitted the utility room to the same exacting standards.
